Troubleshoot common BrokeryHub issues

Resolve frequent website publishing, domain, property, lead, integration, and sign-in problems.

A page or update is not visible

Confirm the item is published and assigned to the correct website or agent. Open the public URL in a private browser window. Recently published content can take a short time to replace cached content.

The custom domain does not work

Compare the DNS records with the values shown in Website → Domain. Check for conflicting A, AAAA, or CNAME records. Do not change MX records used for email. Certificate provisioning begins only after the domain resolves correctly.

A lead notification is missing

Check whether the lead exists in the dashboard. If it does, verify the configured recipients and spam filtering. If it does not, test the published form in a private window with clearly labeled test information.

A property is missing

Confirm its publication status, website or agent assignment, and whether that listing status is allowed to display. Verify that required fields and media completed saving.

Facebook stopped publishing

The authorization may have expired, been revoked, or lost Page access. Confirm the Facebook profile still has sufficient Page permissions, then reconnect.

Sign-in fails

Use the invited account email and request one password-reset message. Only the newest reset link should be used. Ask an agency administrator to confirm your membership if the account was invited.

Before contacting support

Collect the public URL, affected item identifier, approximate time and time zone, expected and actual result, steps to reproduce, browser/device, and a screenshot with client data hidden.
