Create and manage property pages

Publish useful, accurate listings and remove or update them when their status changes.

Updated July 23, 2026

Add a property

Open Properties → Add property and enter the address, status, price, property type, rooms, description, features, and authorized media. Save a draft until all material facts have been checked.

Write a useful description

Lead with the property’s strongest verifiable attributes, then explain layout, updates, amenities, outdoor space, parking, and location. Avoid discriminatory language, unsupported superlatives, and information you are not authorized to publish.

Prepare images

Use landscape photographs with consistent orientation and sufficient resolution. Select the strongest exterior or principal-room image as the cover. Remove duplicate, blurry, outdated, or personally identifying photos.

Keep status accurate

Update the property promptly when its price or availability changes. Follow your MLS, board, brokerage, and regulatory rules for displaying active, conditional, sold, leased, or off-market properties.

Remove a property

Archive or unpublish it when it should no longer appear publicly. Before permanently deleting a record, consider whether your brokerage requires an advertising or transaction record.

If the property is missing from your website

Confirm it is published, assigned to the correct agent or website, and permitted to appear under the current status. Preview the site in a private browser window to avoid an old cached page.
