Manage client testimonials

Request, review, publish, and remove client feedback responsibly.

Updated July 23, 2026

Obtain permission

Before publishing a client’s name, photograph, transaction details, or quotation, obtain permission appropriate to your brokerage policy and local requirements. Keep a record of that permission.

Add a testimonial

Open Testimonials → Add testimonial, enter the approved wording and attribution, and select where it should appear. Correct obvious typographical errors only when doing so does not change meaning.

Protect client privacy

Avoid publishing addresses, transaction amounts, negotiation details, family information, or other personal data unless the client explicitly authorized it and publication is appropriate.

Do not fabricate, selectively edit into a misleading statement, or offer an undisclosed incentive for a positive review.

Remove or update a testimonial

If a client withdraws permission or identifies an error, unpublish the testimonial promptly while you review it. Updating a testimonial in BrokeryHub does not automatically change copies posted on third-party social or review platforms.
