Set up your agent profile

Create a complete, credible professional profile before publishing your BrokeryHub website.

Updated July 23, 2026

Gather your information

Prepare your professional display name, brokerage name, role, licence information required in your jurisdiction, service areas, contact details, biography, headshot, and brand assets.

Complete the profile

Sign in to the BrokeryHub admin portal, open Profile, and complete every public field. Write the biography in the first person and focus on the clients, locations, and transactions you serve. Do not make performance claims you cannot substantiate.

Add compliant contact and brokerage details

Confirm that your email and phone route to someone who can respond to prospective clients. Add the brokerage name, office information, licence details, and disclosures required by your regulator or brokerage.

Upload your assets

Use a well-lit professional headshot and a legible logo. Avoid adding text too close to the image edges because responsive layouts may crop it.

Review before publishing

Preview the profile on desktop and mobile. Test the email, phone, social, and contact-form links. Check spelling, brokerage attribution, service areas, and required legal notices.

Your brokerage and local regulator remain the authority for advertising and recordkeeping requirements. BrokeryHub does not replace their compliance review.
