How leads arrive

Visitors can submit inquiries through forms on your website and property pages. BrokeryHub records the submission and sends notifications according to your account and plan configuration.

Review an inquiry

Open Leads, confirm the source page, contact information, message, consent context, and assigned agent. Treat form content as untrusted input: do not open suspicious links or attachments.

Follow up

Respond through an approved business channel and record the outcome. Verify identity before discussing confidential property, financial, tenant, seller, or transaction information.

Use statuses consistently, such as new, contacted, qualified, converted, or closed, so another authorized team member can understand the current state.

If notifications do not arrive

Confirm the recipient email and phone, review spam filtering, and check whether the lead exists in BrokeryHub. A lead in the dashboard indicates the submission was captured even if an external email or SMS was delayed.

Avoid submitting repeated public test forms with real customer details. Use clearly labeled test data and remove it after validation when appropriate.
